I understand that by making and accepting this application for membership that dues will be:

A. FAMILY MEMBERSHIP - $60.00 (sixty dollars) per year
(children over the age of 18 cannot be included on a family membership)

B. INDIVIDUAL SINGLE ADULT (18 years & over) - $40.00 (forty) per year

C. NON-CLUB PARTICIPATION (arena usage only) $200.00 per year

(no lights or tractor, no lessons for profit or business use.)

I agree to this release and waiver of damages, in consideration of which the Denton Roundup Club Inc. agrees to release me from liability for unintentional harm caused by me or my child or horse belonging, shown, or brought tot he club by me or my child.

ALL EQUINE ON DENTON ROUNDUP CLUB PROPERTY MUST CARRY CURRENT PROOF OF A NEGATIVE EIA (COGGINS) TEST WITHIN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS!
